Arts Commission of Danville/Boyle County

The Arts Commission of Danville/Boyle County (ACDBC) promotes, supports and encourages participation in and appreciation of all art forms in our community. The ACDBC publishes the ARTScene, a calendar/newsletter of local arts events and provides exhibit opportunities for local artists through their Gallery Hop Stop series and the Youth Arts Fair. With proceeds from the ART-FUL Raffle, they award scholarships for extra-curricular arts opportunities for financially disadvantaged children in Danville/Boyle County.

Berea Arts Council

The Berea Arts Council (BAC) was organized in 1986 to focus the resources of Berea college and Berea's extensive arts community on the need for arts in the larger community. Its purpose and artictic objectives are defined in its mission whis is to connect the community through all forms of art. Today, the BAC offeers a vastly expanded range of activities. It is the primary source of arts leadership within the community and presents a substantial physical presence for arts programming.

Kentucky Arts Council

The Kentucky Arts Council (KAC) offers a variety of grants and programs to serve individual artists of all disciplines, schools and not-for-profit organizations seeking to develop and participate in arts and cultural activities. The KAC also provides information resources through research, conferences, workshops, publications, directories, web communications, data sharing and personal consultation and referrals.

LexArts

LexArts

Through its annual Campaign for the Arts, LexArts raises millions of dollars in support of local arts and provides planning and services designed to integrate the arts into our daily lives. In addition, LexArts, as Lexington's united arts fund and local area arts council, underwrites the operating expenses for a variety of Beneficiary Groups, offers affordable exhibition and performance space fo arts organizations as well as competitive grants for community outreach projects. Formed in July 1989 by the merger of the Lexington Council of the Arts (founded in 1972) and the Fund for the Arts (founded in 1984), LexArts is the oldest local arts council in Kentucky.

Montgomery County Council for the Arts

The Montgomery County Council for the Arts promotes, enhances and contributes to the educational, artistic and cultural lives of those living in central and eastern Kentucky. Richmond Area Arts Council

To enrich the quality of life for area residents of all ages, the Richmond Area Arts Council (RAAC), in partnership with the community, presents art forms, provides educational opportunities and promotes arts groups and artists. RAAC provides the highest quality performances throughout the year. All performances are included in the following series: Arts Alive, Stained Glass, Family Art and Summer Park Series.
