ArtsPlace is a 1904 Beaux Arts Classical building owned by the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government and subleased to LexArts. LexArts, in turn, sub-subleases office and studio space to the following permanent tenants:
- The Center for Old Music in the New World
- Central Kentucky Youth Orchestras
- CitizensCREATE!
- The Lexington Ballet Company
- The Lexington Chamber Chorale
- The Lexington Philharmonic Orchestra
- Southwind Drum and Bugle Corps
LexArts also offers per-use rental space to member groups, private groups and individuals.
